Dan Pratt is the founder and director of Swindon based business ‘DAP Consultancy’. ‘DAP Consultancy’ are a customer experience strategy consulting business, helping businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences that attract and retain customers. His services in turn improve businesses customer loyalty and sales, business growth and revenue. Dan has worked with multiple clients in many different industries all over the UK and Europe, with a proven track record of success.
Dan was born in Swindon and earned his degree in Music, Media and Popular culture at Northampton University. In 2008, Dan originally presented ‘The Late Gig’ radio show on Swindon 105.5 before moving to London, after 15 years away, he returned to Swindon 105.5 and now presents the stations business radio programme.
In 2020, Dan became a father and married his Parisian wife. In his spare time, he loves playing, writing and recording music, he has also played lead guitar and sang in several bands around the Swindon and London area. He also loves traveling, spending time with family and friends, playing badminton, swimming and relaxing next to the pool in the sun.

Swindon 105.5 has been serving the Wiltshire town since 2008. A Queen's Award for Voluntary Service organisation, we are the locally-based and volunteer led station which broadcasts 24 hours a day.
Our volunteers are key to the Radio Station's award winning success. Roles carried out include presentation, production, administrative duties, promotions, research, outside broadcasts, IT and broadcast technology, website, fundraising and much more...
Funded through grants, donations, and fundraising activities, we also offer advertising and programme sponsorship to local businesses at affordable rates. We are a Not For Profit community broadcasting organisation licensed by OFCOM.

Swindon 105.5 was co-founded in 2004 by former local BBC, GWR & Cable TV presenter and producer, Shirley Ludford along with Ian Rowe. Shirley led on the successful application for our Ofcom licence.
Shirley is a well known broadcaster; she leads the Award winning volunteer-based Radio Station and is the Swindon 105.5 Station Manager.
Awarded the High Sheriff of Wiltshire Award in 2014 for dedication and long service to the community and broadcast, Shirley is also a Deputy Lieutenant of Wiltshire.
